Dragon Slayers of the Drinking Crow Session #22- To the Altar of Law!

 Several members of the adventuring group out of the Drinking Crow (sometimes called Dragon Slayers) look rattled as the sat around their usual table in the tavern. The disturbing events of this year's Mischief Night had clearly left their mark. Bors Redbeard had a very different, but just as memorable, experience than the rest of his compatriots that night. The dwarfin adventurer recounted the vision he experienced. The analysis of the experience seemed to hover around the the waters that flowed up the Pit in 'The Complex' and the black grass outside the beachside entrance to the underworld. Bors convinced the following party to join him in investigating what he saw as the next step--visiting the Altar of Law previously visited by a party from the Burning Witch:

  • Bors Redbeard (Level 4 Dwarf)
    • Lefty Redbeard (Level 2 dwarf retainer)
  • Copra Kaan (Level 4 Vat Spawn)
  • Fredrick Featherstone (Level 4 Vesitgater)
    • Gregor the Ghosthound (faithful pooch)
  • Malagath Finbaros (Level 3 Elf)
  • Willow the Wisp (Level 3 Illusionist)
The party returned carrying the body of an unidentified middle-aged woman wearing the black hooded robes that were a common Souling Tide costume. They also possessed a (human?) leather shack that jingled with the sound of coin. The group was visibly shaken from whatever events unfolded in their latest trip down into the dungeon depths.

The following note, smelling of ozone and smoke, was found stuck to the floor of the Drinking Crow by a spot of blood:

Red Riders of the Drinking Crow Sessions #81-85, 87-89, and 93- The Black Pyramid

 Back at the dawning days of autumn, a group of the Red Riders left from the Drinking Crow to journey into the Complex. They aimed to join a pair of lunar elves, Aureal and Ruitat, on their spiritual quest give to them by their Dreaming Tree: journey into the plane-hopping dungeon called the Black Pyramid. Visions of this foreboding structure had plagued the citizens of Orm for over a year. They grew more ominous and vivid with each passing day until it had materialized within the Great Cavern.
