The Latest Word Around Orm

Image
Those close to Orm's adventuring community are often gossiping about where exactly these week long expeditions are disappearing. Such exotic items like the automated stalls vending a depleting supply of snacks and cool drinks have would-be profiteers wondering about where such treasures are to be found. It seems like the supplies are limited as new snacks have appeared not wrapped in the mysterious sleeves of the original offerings and some drinks varieties have run out with no replacement as of yet. These treasure-driven ponders are not the only topics the people of Orm are discussing. Here is what else folks are talking about: Orm is for the Ormens! A growing nativist sentiment in Orm is making it harder for the city-state's assorted dungeon refugees, time-lost freed prisoners, and marooned elves to forage a new life. The talk around the Burning Witch is that these troubles are tied to the anti-adventurer sentiment that has been fostered since the sacking of Orm. Others...

The Dragon Slayers had returned to their table at the Drinking Crow after a long absence. Most of the group spent their time stewing over whatever misfortunes had befallen them in that missing time.
